STEP 1: Shake Magnetic Eyeliner. Start with one eye, apply along the lash line, moving from the inner to the outer corner.

STEP 2: For strip lashes, apply while the eyeliner is wet. For magnetic lashes, apply after the eyeliner has dried. Apply 2 layers of liner for the extra hold.

STEP 3: Repeat the process on the other eye. No lash adhesive required!
